First Flames of War Unit

Well this is my first miniature unit I have completed, and my first Flames of War Unit. It's not the only miniature I've painted, I have completed a few 40K miniatures but never a full unit. Any thoughts or constructive critiques would be appreciated and if any one has any tips on improving my photos.

    Great work! Hard to believe it was your first FoW unit, I have the same unit sitting on my desk at the moment waiting for a treatment. Cheers!

    Thanks, I've built other models on and off since I was young so going on 20 years and I've painted some FOW models before just never finished a unit till now. Always had a hard time with the people never looked right to me, finally am satisfied with the result.
